1. Account Registration

• Before booking a consultation, you must log in with your full name, phone number, and email address.
• A password will be generated for you during registration. Please store it safely for future use.

2. Booking an Appointment

1. Go to the Appointment Page.
2. Select your preferred date and time.
3. Proceed to the Payment Page.

3. Payment Methods

You may pay using one of the following options:
a. Bank Transfer (Domestic)
• Use the account number and sort code provided on the website.
b. Bank Transfer (Overseas)
• Use the IBAN and SWIFT code provided on the website.
c. Card or PayPal
• Pay using debit card, credit card, or PayPal account.

4. Payment Process

• Select the number of appointments (1 or more).
• Enter your name, email address, password, home address, and phone number.
• After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation with your appointment date and time.

5. Consultation Details

• Consultations will be conducted online for 45 or 60 minutes (please select and pay accordingly).
£250.00 for 60 minutes
£200.00 for 45 minutes
Follow-up appointment:
First – £200.00
Second – £250.00
• During the consultation:
• A detailed medical history will be taken.
• Any blood test results can be emailed in advance or shown during the consultation.
• Additional blood tests may be recommended, which can be done at a laboratory and sent via email for review.

6. Follow-up Appointments

• A follow-up appointment may be scheduled to review progress if necessary.

7. Changes & Cancellations

• Appointment date and time can be changed free of charge.
• A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
